Q. How long does it take to process an order?

Q. How can I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped out. To cancel an order, send us an email with your order confirmation number at [email protected].

Q. Do I have to have an account to order from you?

No, you do not have to create an account to place an order on Maintive. However, creating an account with maintive will enable you to: ∙Get instant access to your order status and buying history
∙Add multiple addresses for easy check-out ∙Be the first to learn about new products and savings from exclusive promos and sales ∙Quickly reorder previously purchased items

To create an account, click on the “Register” button on the top right of the page and fill in the information as prompted.

Q. How do I place an order?

  • 1. Once you have decided the products you would like to purchase, you can add them to your shopping cart using the quantity tool to choose the quantity of the item you would like to purchase.
  • 2. Click on the Add to Cart Button.
  • 3. After you have completed adding all the products to your cart and are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart button on the top right corner to review your cart. Then click on "Checkout" to proceed.
  • 4. Enter your shipping and billing details as needed, click Place Order.
  • 5. Click Place Order.
  • 6. Once your order has been submitted, you’ll see an Order Confirmation page with your order number and order details.
  • 7. An order confirmation with your complete Order details will be sent to the email address entered. If you have created an account, you will also be able to access your order under the “Your Orders” located in your account page here.

Q. When will my Click & Collect item be ready for collection?

It usually takes 1 business day to prepare your order. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection

Q. When can I collect my Click & Collect order?

Once you receive an email confirmation stating that your order is ready for collection, you can pick it up any time from 9:00 am - 4:30pm, Monday to Saturday. When collecting your item, please ensure you are able to present your confirmation email at the collection point.
